Acmon Systems
Pneumatic conveying A pneumatic conveying system is a process by which bulk materials of almost any type (powders or granules) are transferred or injected, using a gas flow as the conveying medium, from one or more sources to one or more destinations. Air is the most commonly used gas, but it might not be suitable for use with reactive materials or where dust explosions are considered a threat. Types and solutions ► Dilute phase either positive or negative pressure (vacuum) type or a combination ► Dense Phase for low velocity conveying providing gentle and low wear transportation ► Dust & residue free enclosed conveying method providing excellent standards of hygiene ► Reliable, flexible, easily expandable and space saving conveying design ► Pneumatical conveying systems with only few, or even zero, moving parts are also considered to be very effective in the long run since maintenance is reduced to the minimum possible The Ideal Conveying System is the System that suits you best
