Micro ingredient systems in linear, semi/circular or circular configuration are suitable for storage, recipe-controlled
metering and weighing of free flowing and hard to handle products.
Minor ingredients bins are fed in automatic or manual mode. .
The ingredients are weighed automatically by a recipe-metering control system. Configuration, upon request,
with 3 up to 15 hoppers per system made in stainless steel AISI 304/316 or ST37. They are equipped with various
discharging devices (vibrating, agitators, fluidisations or pneumatic impulses). Extracting screws are controlled
by inverters.
The capacity of the hoppers depends on the characteristics of each material and the requested production rate.
Our applied technology allows our systems to dose accurately up to 1 gram.
