PackerPro
is a flexible system that combines the weighing
control of the product’s final packaging in weighing stations
network, along with the marking label’s printing as well as
collection and management of those weighings.
System is converting the weighing stations into a useful tool to
control production and packaging.
The system supports up to twelve (12) weighing stations
programmed to service one or more production lines.
Each line executes a particular packaging order which is sent
through PC to all line’s stations.
Each station is equipped with a 3-colour light/alarm for
easy and immediate guidance of the user. The whole
management is run through the PC (application server)
which is in bidirectional communication with the stations
through the industrial network RS485. All packages and
products are registered in the system’s data base for
further statistic process.
Basic parameters in the system’s reliability and handi-
ness are the
