Micro Ingredients Dosing systems

Fully automatic system in rectangular orientation with micro silos 2m 3 & 1m 3 capacity. The system consists from 8 silos, meaning handling of 8 different microingredients. Moreover, it is equipped with dense phase pneumatic conveying.

Fully automatic system in circular orientation with dedusting system and raw materials filling platform. The specific installation includes 46 micro ingredients for the producing of various recipes. The raw materials grouped depending on the needed accurancy and dosing capacity.

Fully automatic system for micro dosing in circular orientation and dedusting system

Semi automatic micro dosing system in linear orientation. The machine's operator collects the batch bowl (see bottom right) with all the micro ingredients of the recipe.

This combination of different systems includes big bag unloaders and sack splitters. Actually, it includes 2 systems for big bag unloading and one of them has been equipped with a manual sack splitter. Finally, the system includes also 3 separate sack splitters on a metallic scaffold with dedusting system. All 5 materials dosed in a weighing hopper on the ground level through screw conveyors.
