SYSTEM OPERATION
In order to start a recipe, the weighing Controller will
ask for the recipe’s number.
The operator can enter or choose by scrolling through
all recipes.
The recipe’s name is visible in the four line LCD display.
Data about the accepted weight and the tollerance can
also be shown.
The LCD display shows the target amount and the actual
weight.
Over and under weights are indicated by two LED
indications
The next ingredient will come up only when the actual
weight is within the target weight and limit. The weight
is automatically tared. Even the ingredients that do not
have to be weighed are displayed, so that no ingredient
can be forgotten.
At any given time, the amount of the executed recipes
and ingredients can be reported. Even when one dis-
turbs for any reason the weighing, the recipe can still be finished prop-
erly. The LCD display shows clearly what ingredient was worked on
and the weighed amount is still visible.
The recipe’s step cannot be failed due to such reasons.
OPTIONS:
The connection of two or more different capacity’s and accuracy’s
platform scales in a mutual weighing indicator is possible, where the
user via a message is guided to select a scale to weigh the specific
recipe’s material.
The system’s connection to an industrial network is possible giving
the ability of monitoring and recording the production’s procedure.
