Standalone system for Mixing - Dosing

Adding water to the recipe using quantity meter device and mixing hot-cold-tap water device, ensuring accuracy in the quantity and temperature of water we add. As an additional option available probe for monitoring the temperature of the dough.

Connected System for Mixing - Dosing

Alternatively we offer system connected with either Siemens PLC and Operation panel or with the BTPC-6 control weighing unit of the other recipe's materials (flour, sugar, etc) and touch screen 6 ". Controller BTPC-6 is a programmable industrial control unit in stainless steel case. BTPC-6 controls both weighing of main materials (flour, sugar, etc) and the dosing-mixing of water.
System Includes:

• One or two weighing cards, with high precision and stability.
• Touch screen TFT 6" with high brightness. (As an option also available with 12" Touch screen)
• Manual dosing Program
• The system has counters for recording net weights.
• Appearance of scheduled-programmable messages.
  
• It also has the following functions:
  - RS 232C serial output for printer
  - Two serial outputs RS 232C for general use
  - Software communication with PC
