Production Process

The manufacturing process for WPC profile includes: waste wood size reduction, mixing plastic, wood fiber and modifiers, compounding, pelletizing, extruding and cutting the profiles to desired length. Our company can provide the material technology and processing technology solution.

WPC Products

WPC is used in Lumber, decking and railing, window profiles, wall studs, door frames, stairs, balustrades, shelving, flooring, planking, worktops, furniture, pallets, fencing, docks, siding, architectural profiles, louvers, automotive components and so on.

WPC solutions are used in the US for more than 10 years already, and more than 10 Business are producing WPC Products. In Europe already there are 2 complete installations in NEOSET (Greece) and SILVADEX (France). We have constructed NEOSET's facility along with the production of fine wood coming from waste wood through size reduction.
